About Seb
Taught from real playing, writing and touring
Seb is a Cheltenham-based musician, songwriter and producer with 15+ years of experience across live performance, recording and artist development. He has toured internationally across 20+ countries, worked in bands, as a solo artist and as a collaborative writer and producer, and his work has passed a million combined streams with support from BBC Radio 1 and 1Xtra.

Questions people usually ask first
Are lessons suitable for complete beginners?
Yes. Complete beginners are welcome, including adults who have never picked up a guitar before. The first session starts at whatever level you're at.
Do you teach both electric and acoustic guitar?
Yes. Lessons can focus on electric guitar, acoustic guitar, or both, whichever fits your goals and what you want to play.
Do you teach children and teenagers?
Yes. Lessons are suitable for children, teenagers and adults of all ages. Younger students are approached with patience and encouragement.
Where do lessons take place?
In person at La Vie Studio in Bishops Cleeve, Cheltenham, or online over video call. The exact address is shared when a lesson is confirmed.
Can I speak to Seb before booking?
Yes. The booking and enquiry forms both let you ask for a quick phone call first if you'd prefer to chat before committing to anything.
Do I need to own a guitar already?
No. You can still book even if you haven't bought one yet. Guidance on what to get, and what to avoid, is part of the first conversation.
How do I pay?
Lessons booked online are paid securely by card when you book. Single lessons are paid per session and block bookings are paid upfront.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Please give as much notice as possible. Cancellation and rescheduling terms are confirmed when you book your first lesson.
