Terms & Conditions

The prize is one (1) professional Mix & Master session provided by Seb Sanders (La Vie Studio). This includes a full mix and master of one (1) stereo track, delivered digitally. The prize has no cash equivalent and is non-transferable.

Open worldwide. You must be 18 or over, or have parental consent, to enter. A purchase is required to enter the raffle. Free submissions are welcome for the live queue but do not constitute a raffle entry. Submissions must be entirely human-made music. AI-generated music (including AI vocals, AI-generated instrumentals, or tracks predominantly produced using AI tools) is not eligible and will be disqualified.

Submit your track via the live submission form at laviestudio.xyz/livesongsubmission during an active stream session and select a paid submission tier. By submitting, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. There is no guarantee of winning — this is a raffle and the outcome is determined by a random draw.

All purchases are made at the buyer's own discretion and are strictly non-refundable. By completing a purchase you acknowledge that you understand this is a raffle entry and that there is no guarantee you will win. La Vie Studio does not offer refunds under any circumstances once a submission has been processed.

Submissions must be original, human-made music. The following are not permitted and will result in immediate disqualification:

• —Tracks generated wholly or predominantly by AI tools (e.g. Suno, Udio, etc.)
• —AI-generated or AI-cloned vocals submitted as human performances
• —Tracks where AI generation constitutes the primary creative work

Use of AI tools in a supporting role (e.g. mixing assistance, sound design) is permitted provided the core music is human-created. La Vie Studio reserves the right to disqualify any entry it reasonably suspects violates this clause, with no refund issued.

If selected as a winner, you must provide high-quality, correctly labelled stems within 14 days of being notified. Stems must be:

• —Exported at 24-bit / 44.1kHz minimum (48kHz or 96kHz preferred)
• —Labelled clearly (e.g. “KICK.wav”, “LEAD_VOCAL.wav”, “GUITAR_DI.wav”)
• —Delivered via a shared Dropbox, Google Drive, or WeTransfer link

Failure to provide stems within 14 days may result in the prize being forfeited and redrawn.

The draw takes place live on stream once the entry threshold (300+ tickets) has been reached. The draw is conducted manually by Seb Sanders using the platform's raffle system. The result will be announced live.

La Vie Studio reserves the right to decline to award the prize to any entrant at its sole discretion, including (but not limited to) cases where: the submission does not meet quality standards; the entrant is found to have submitted in bad faith; the track is found to violate the human music policy; or the prize cannot reasonably be fulfilled for the winning track (e.g. the track is already commercially released with an existing mix/master). In such cases, a redraw will take place. No refund will be issued where disqualification results from a breach of these terms.

This raffle is available worldwide. It is the entrant's responsibility to ensure participation is lawful in their jurisdiction.

Your submission details (name, email, track info) are stored securely and used solely for the purposes of this raffle and the live stream queue. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

La Vie Studio and Seb Sanders accept no liability for: technical failures preventing entry; loss or damage arising from participation; or delays in prize delivery beyond our control. Participation is entirely at the entrant's own risk.

By submitting and completing a purchase, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. You confirm your submission is human-made music and that your purchase is made at your own discretion with no guarantee of winning.
